Carried Western Park from concept documentation through delivery and designed The Reserve. The longest-running architectural thread in our recent work.
Patrick Thoroughgood
Designed The Logan at Greenwoods Corner, from concept through consenting to the completed building.
Paul Brown & Associates
Shaped the Western Park conversion concept and designed the Norwood Drive homes. An Auckland practice specialising in multi-unit residential, thirty years deep in apartment design.
APG Architects (formerly MSM Architects)
Masterplanned Durham Estate on the Waikato River. The subdivision design was recognised with an NZIA local award for architecture.
Candor3
Engineered both Flat Bush developments, including the basement carpark beneath The Reserve.
Bracewell
Built the Western Park conversion: an occupied street, an existing structure, and a new building emerging from inside an old one.
Capri Construction
Built 94 terraced homes across our two Flat Bush developments, The Reserve over its 5,000m² basement among them.
Carlton Electrical
Full electrical design and installation at The Logan, and the electrician we work with most across our developments.
Sanctuary Group
Our longest-standing development partnership, led by Gary Groves, a long-time friend and business partner of Ian’s. Together the two companies delivered terraced communities and boutique apartments.
Steindle Williams Legal
Development financing, subdivision and the sale of units at The Logan, including easements and body corporate rules drafted for that building specifically. They also raised the Unit Titles Act amendments with us during construction, which future-proofed the development rather than leaving it to be patched later.
Quest Apartment Hotels
Twenty years operating the building we delivered in 2003, and the operator that named it Quest of the Year in 2005.
